Abstract

Ms Soon will share about her personal experience of being a caregiver to her mother who has dementia. She will talk about the challenges of balancing her work with seeing to the needs of her mother. Hear about how she put into place an infrastructure to care for her at home, found ways to keep her mentally and socially engaged and to make living in the moment a happy experience for her.
